Subtly positioned on 2000 feet of sweeping, private shoreline, the 3000 sq. ft. boathouse features a large dock area and screened porch from which to enjoy breathtaking views of Hyco Lake. The boat slip, equipped with an electric lift, provides effortless water access for boats and jet skis. This entertainment area offers year round pleasure for boating, skiing, fishing, waterfowl hunting or just watching gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
